Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping. Most orders ship within 24 hours after placing your order. Our website only displays items and quantities that we have available for shipping at that time. Once an order has been shipped, it will be updated in our system, and you can use the feature at the bottom of this page to view any tracking information. Most orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service, however heavier and oversized orders are sent Fedex Ground.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is based on your orders total dollar amount. The rates shown below are the only shipping charges you will incur, no additional fees apply for orders shipped within the 48 states. For large orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, any other other U.S territory, additional charges may apply. We will always contact you before charging your credit card higher amount that the amount shown at checkout.

International Orders
We ship most products anywhere in the world. Some items may not be able to be shipped outside of the United States, such as natural products. If this is the case, we will notify you before submitting your order. Shipping charges will not be calculated upon checkout. We will contact you via e-mail within 6 hours after placing your order with a shipping price, and you can then decide whether or not to continue with your order. You may also contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote.

Returns
If you would like to return an unopened product, please contact us via e-mail or live chat explaining the reason as to why you would like to return the product. We will accept returns on most unopened items when contacted within 10 days after receiving your order. We must be contacted prior to sending the item back to get an authorized RMA number. In most cases, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping, and cannot refund your initial shipping charges unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturers defect.

While we do not have a call center, we do have a live representative through live chat available every day of the week. You can also request us to give you a call if you would rather speak to someone over the phone, however most questions can be addressed through either of our other two forms of contact. Our customer care agents can assist you with product information, order and shipping questions, and can even assist you in placing an order.
